Drew M. Mjoen, MA, MDiv, LCPC

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Founder / Director

Having worked with adults, couples, and adolescents on personal, marital, and professional issues, I've seen them experience significant healing by my joining them on their journey - exploring impasses, obstacles, and broken dimensions of their lives while also helping to identify effective coping strategies and lasting solutions. By engaging relationally in clients' unique stories, I draw out insights, affirm their strengths, and unlock potential so that they can achieve the healing, change, and growth that they desire.

Karlee Williams, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

It's a joy to sit with people in their stories and walk with them into a new session of healing. By learning to develop new coping strategies, you'll gain a sense of adequacy as you move forward. With an integrative therapeutic approach, I'll adapt to you, rather than imposing my own beliefs or perspectives. I've helped clients of all ages face grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, marital concerns, and spiritual issues. My hope is that though in the middle of something difficult, they know how deeply loved they are, and how much they belong.

I am passionate about walking alongside you, letting you know you are seen, heard, and not alone. My therapeutic approach aims to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to develop trust in yourself, the therapeutic relationship, and the process of therapy. I primarily serve children, adolescents, and young adults. When working with children and teens, I firmly believe in supporting the family as a whole  and equipping parents and children with the skills needed to facilitate healthy communication and enhance family functioning overall. My specialty treatment areas include anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, emotional regulation, and peer conflict and bullying. My theoretical approach is unique with the goal of meeting your individual needs. Primarily, my approach is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, and Emotion Focused Therapy. When working with children and adolescents, I often use play and art therapies as an alternative to traditional talk therapy. These methods provide a fun and creative way for kids and teens to express their feelings and creativity. I utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to provide the best services possible for you.
